The project runs on a 30-year Public-Private Partnership model. The NMC owns the 2,690 square metre plot and is offering it at a nominal lease of Rs 1 per square foot annually. In return, the selected private concessionaire designs, builds, finances, operates, and maintains the entire facility.

The Request for Proposal was issued on February 5, 2026. Healthcare institutions, trusts, and Section 8 companies have been invited to bid. The facility must meet NABL and NABH accreditation standards. And performance monitoring provisions are built directly into the agreement.
